Nick Lewis promoted to Senior Security Operations Manager

DIAMA Security is pleased to announce the promotion of Nick Lewis to Senior Security Operations Manager. His appointment recognises the hard work, ownership and support for colleagues he has shown through a demanding summer.

Nick has led from the front and backed his team at every step. As DIAMA looks ahead to 2027, he takes that experience into a role with greater responsibility.

Recognition earned through the work

A busy security operation depends on people who take responsibility and support those around them. Across the summer, Nick put in the hours and remained committed to his team, learning from the challenges along the way.

That approach is at the heart of this promotion. It recognises the contribution he has already made and the trust he has built within the business.

Progression from within DIAMA

Nick’s promotion is another example of DIAMA developing its own people. He trusted the business with his development, and DIAMA has responded by trusting him with more responsibility.

For colleagues building their careers in security, progression needs to be something they can see. Appointments like Nick’s show that effort, learning and ownership are recognised here.

Looking ahead to 2027

In his new position as Senior Security Operations Manager, Nick will carry forward the lessons of a demanding season and the commitment to his colleagues that helped him earn this opportunity.

Everyone at DIAMA is behind him as he takes this next step. Congratulations, Nick, and thank you for the work you continue to put into the team.

One Team. One Standard.

We train. We prepare. We protect. We give back.

Meet the people behind DIAMA Security.
