Supporting those who served. Beyond the uniform.
DIAMA Security is veteran-led, and our commitment to the Armed Forces community goes beyond recruitment. We support Service Leavers, veterans, Reservists and their families through employment pathways, training, sponsorship and practical initiatives designed to make the transition into civilian life that little bit easier.
Our Armed Forces Commitment
The Covenant is a commitment to ensure serving personnel, veterans, Reservists and military families are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged because of their service. DIAMA is working towards the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award, which requires employers to demonstrate practical, embedded support rather than simply make a pledge.

Supporting the transition into civilian careers
Leaving the Armed Forces involves more than finding a new job. Service Leavers can access structured resettlement support through the Career Transition Partnership, including career advice, skills assessments, CV support, interview preparation, training and access to civilian employment opportunities.
INVICTUS GAMES BIRMINGHAM 2027
Bronze Champion. Unconquered.
Injury can change the direction of a life. It doesn't change its worth. DIAMA is proud to be a Bronze Champion of Invictus Games Birmingham 2027, backing everyone who has faced adversity and found the strength to carry on, whatever their service, rank, regiment or cap badge.

RMA - THE ROYAL MARINES CHARITY
Looking after the Corps family.
The RMA – The Royal Marines Charity supports serving Marines, veterans, spouses and children for life, from mental-health support to hardship grants and transition help. DIAMA fundraises for it because when the next Royal Marine or family member asks for help, someone should be ready to answer.
DIAMA TRAINING ACADEMY
Qualifications shouldn't price anyone out of work.
New SIA refresher requirements have added real cost for licence holders. Diama Training Academy has already given free Close Protection refresher places to Royal Marines veterans facing hardship, and offers 20% off all SIA courses to veterans and blue-light services.

VETERAN SPONSORSHIP
Rugby, camaraderie and a place to belong.
DIAMA backs the Royal Marines Rugby League Masters and is principal sponsor of the Royal Marines Association Rugby Union Team. Players, volunteers and supporters all get the same thing: time with people who understand. See us at Army v Navy at Twickenham and on tour in Gibraltar.
